14-Day Refund Policy

Our 14-Day Refund Process
Contact our customer support at support@kycco.com.hk within 14 days of receiving your clothing to initiate the return. Package the watch securely in its original condition and ship the product to provided address.
Upon receiving and verifying the product, we'll initiate the refund process. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be processed.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, please adhere to the following criteria:
- The Clothing tags must be in their original condition and unaltered.
- It should not exhibit any signs of damage, wear, or usage.
- Keep all labels and protective stickers or packaging in their original condition.
- Safeguard the Clothing within its original packaging.
- Quality Check and Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned clothing, our team will conduct a comprehensive quality assessment to verify compliance with our return criteria. If all conditions are met, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as financial institutions may necessitate a brief processing period.
Returns will not be processed in the following cases:
- Goods that have been washed, used or damaged due to personal reasons.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, intimate items such as underwear and swimsuits.
- Missing the original labels and tags of the goods.
- Missing the gifts and accessories that come with the goods.
- Gifts that are not quality issues; or
- Exceeding the return period.
Damaged or Defective
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective clothing, please notify us immediately. We are committed to rectifying the situation and will work closely with you to provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping Costs
While we assume the shipping costs for delivering your clothing to you, we kindly request that you bear the responsibility of return shipping costs. This approach not only allows us to maintain competitive pricing but also ensures an equitable return process for all our valued customers.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped, but once an order has a tracking number or is in the shipping process, cancellation is not possible.
We understand that circumstances may lead to order cancellations. Please note that a 5% administration fee will be applied to cover processing costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
