5. Shipping and Delivery We ship worldwide, with priority to Hong Kong. Shipping times and costs vary by location and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items may be final sale.

7. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Hokona Shop or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 13. Miscellaneous If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hokona Shop.
